Cassels has developed a premium brand in the craft brewing market, particularly in Canterbury, New Zealand.

Cassels has an authentic “back story” – an essential ingredient of any credible craft beer brewery, and over the years has garnered a number of industry awards including many gold, silver and bronze medals for our Milk Stout, Lager, Pale Ale, IPA and Dunkel.

Both it’s breweries are situated at The Tannery in Woolston, Christchurch. The wood fired kettle is situated at The Brewery (bar, restaurant and cafe) and a 25HL DME brewhouse at Maunsell Street. At the Maunsell Street brewery there is a customer spec and built 50HL tanks and a Czech designed and built carbonation and bottling system.

Cassels & Sons Brewing Co recently launched into the retail market with 6-packs and 518ml bottle ranges of the award winning Milk Stout and Extra Pale Ale and will be launching another two ranges later this year.
