Steel Press Cider is a very small Wellington based cidery that aims to produce something a little bit different. We focus on making high phenolic cider that displays the woodier dryer aspects of cider.
We also aim to make it in a traditional way but using apples that are local varieties. We source and press our own apples and ferment without any additives to make a unique product.
