Mount Brewing Company, is based in the heart of Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. They're locally owned and operated, now run by the 2nd generation of the family. The brewery started in 1996 and has constantly evolved since Glenn and Virginia started Mount Brewing Company, Now with Briar (Glenn and Virginia's Daughter) and soon-to-be husband, Irishman Niall Harley running the day-to-day operations, that evolution carries on today.

Mount Brewing Company produces an amazing core range of products that has been quenching locals for years. It's clean, consistent and always extremely fresh. They've recently started an NPD program that will see them producing limited-release beers on a monthly basis. These brews will be in limited quantities so get your hands on them when you see them. One of these, Point Break, just picked up the converted Golden Gumboot from the 16th Edition of the Malthouse WCIPA Challenge. An amazing feat for us in our first year of entry.

With a diverse team hailing from most parts of the world, Polish Head Brewer Pawel Lewandowski, English/Kiwi Operations Manager Tom Ball, German Brewer Leonie Honig, and Canadian Brewer Trevor Iacovone sit alongside English Sales and Dispatch Duo of Ben Simpson and Jaei Meldrum. The token Kiwi in the brewery team is Scott Featherstone. The team is a melting pot of ideas and that's reflected in their beers.
